BY PLACING A DEPOSIT WITH US YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE BELOW POLICY

If a customer wants to place a special order for a specific vehicle from Japan, a $1,000 deposit will be required to start browsing and selecting cars and is ONLY refundable in the case we do not win the auction bidding on the selected cars for purchase (every attempt). Upon placement of a bid higher than $10,000, another deposit will be required valued at 10% of the total amount.
Once the vehicle has been bought from auction, we have a NO BACKOUT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE POLICY. EVERY PAYMENT SENT AND COMPLETED TOWARDS THE INTENDENDED VEHICLE FOR PURCHASE IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE INCLUDING BANKRUPTCY, DEATH, OR ANY FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS. WE ARE NOT A CHARITY! IF YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND DO NOT COMPLETE FULL PAYMENT, YOUR TOTAL PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.DUE TO THE NATURE OF VINTAGE AND CLASSIC AGED VEHICLES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WITH NO REFUNDS OR WARRANTIES.
